"Can't stand scandalous people that are always wanting to cheat the rules. When it comes to Fast Check out, if a sign says 8 items or less....it doesn't mean you can divide the amount of purchase per 8 items. That is what personal check outs are for. An employee should always be present to aide in the 8 items rule. Some of us follow the rules and expect a fast check out....hence the wording..... Duh!!! (Always a Front-chi)."

"No point to a self check out if you can't leave until someone checks your receipt even on things that don't have tags. Line just moved from the cashiers to the person taking tags off and checking receipts. 10 IQ logic from upper management to implement something that was never going to work. Probably some ceo that has never stepped into a Ross is patting himself in the back for making a 2% profit from hiring less cashiers."

"It’s really sad how customer service has went out the door!! We left this location a couple of hours ago and the cashier was so rude to my Mom. She just waved her over to the register and didn’t acknowledge her, my Mom still said thank you at the end of this transaction and this cashier didn’t say thank you much less look at her!! We will never go back to this location! Just remember you wouldn’t even have a job if it wasn’t for the customers that shop there!!"
