"I was visiting El Paso from New York City, business trip and I had 2 days off while I was in El Paso so I decided to go shopping and I went to the Outlets, Cielo Vista Mall and Bassett Place and I stop at EXPRESS and the first second I walk in Paco welcome me to the store told me his name and promotions they had. I'm Brazilian American and I was surprised that Paco heard me speaking Portuguese and he started talking to me in Portuguese! He made me feel so special and he took the time to explain the styles they had available from jeans to suits!!! Totally worth the money spent excellent customer service. Definitely going to try EXPRESS back home In NYC."

"Excellent Customer service, Paco its amazing he greet us right away and introduce himself to me and my wife. His knowledge about clothing and body types is excellent, we know he is new because we shop at this particular store at least 2 a month, excellent talent they hire."

"Employees Front of Store, Don't bother to Greet. Always in a Bad Mood too busy Chit Chatting or Gossiping. Store Manager so Rude. Other Employee Monica so Rude & Unprofessional with an Ugly Attitude. Bother if you ask her for Help. Not friendly at all. Too Busy taking merchandise out. Young kids now Days do not have any Respect for People. Manager NOT people friendly Unprofessional."

"The worst I’m customer service. Cashier allowed a line of 4 customer to form before calling for backup. Once it was my turn, she asked me to stay 6 feet behind, though the customers in front of me were both leaning on the counter. Was it because I didn’t speak Spanish? Customer behind me also was not asked to step back 6 feet from the register. There’s plexiglass in place, and everyone was masked, including myself, so not sure why I was singled out except that the cashier addressed me in Spanish and I didn’t know how to respond as I am not bilingual. That aside, she did not know how to process an online return. It took her a good 5 minutes before she finally asked for help. I did not say a word, but I’ll share it here."
