"Got the tire tool kit for my van"
"Called and talked to someone there. My call went in at about 4:40PM. The person I talked to told me he was going to check inventory and he left on the phone waiting for 15-20 minutes. I could hear him talking in the background. I called back and no one answered since it was already after hours at 5PM. Poor customer service. Just let customer know that you could did not want to do your job and saved my time."
