"2 stars for pizza but the salad bar was good. All the trays I picked up were dirty .It was cold in the restaurant so the pizza got cold fast. The employees were very quiet but buss staff was friendly."

"This was the first time since covid began we have been here. It appeared they had new management and they were hustling well. Everything was good and the place was cleaner than when we used to come here before. Update May 10, 2022 It's been a while since we last were here and everything seems to have changed. One important thing about Cici's we have always enjoyed is how when you walk in, someone always says "welcome to Cici's!" We didn't get that and it wasn't busy. There was a completely new staff and management team. Understandable what with the pandemic and all. They seemed to be friendly enough. The price for 2 seniors used to be $12.00 but is now $16.00...again understandable with inflation and such. I think the biggest disappointment came from my husband. He usually loves eating there but this time he had only breadsticks. All the pizzas were either BBQ, alfredo, pineapple, or some other weird combination and he won't eat them. Even the marina sauce he dips his breadsticks into was cold. Whatever happened to making just plain 'Ole cheese or sausage or pepperoni pizzas? When I saw what my choices were, I ordered mine special so I, on the other hand, was very pleased with my deep dish with sausage, onion, black olives, and mushroom pizza. My salad was fresh as well. I have changed my rating from 5 to 4 stars for these reasons."
