"I have been a customer at this shop for many years as well as street logics, I have recently had a horrible experience, with lies and bad customer service. Alonso(owner) had me pay upfront a deposit for new tires and rims which didn't arrive on time. He wanted to install used tires on my vehicle which of course denied since I had my invoice stating I was paying for new merchandise. Alonso denied me a refund since he stated it was a special order on the rims. Since I was in the process of moving to another city he had the rims and tires shipped to my location which arrived damaged. He has been saying that it was the shipping carriers fault, he has not been helpful at all to replace the damaged rims, it has been over a month since this happened. I have also called the shipping carrier myself and they state they have no email or any sort of communication from dirt logics, at this point I have gave up with Alonso's lies. I will rather leave this review here for others to be aware of this business'. It sucks that there are business' owners like this, I have learned my lesson of ever visiting dirt logics."

The price of the lift and wheels and tires was outstanding. The staff was over the top in making sure I was comfortable in what was being done to my truck. They even allowed me to watch to increase my comfort level. I will be going back to these gentleman in the near future for 1993 dodge 12 valve to be lifted I can't wait."
