"Lady in parts department was really nice"
"Depends what mode you get the people helping you. But they will definitely not help you if you have purchased anything beyond the past 2 years, or so they say their system doesn't go back that far. I buy here because the other dealer on Montana charges you to do diagnostics on your car that Autozone does for free and still charge you over $100 for it. If it doesn't need to be checked for warranty they will sell you anything but if they have to check for the warranty on it then make sure you have your documents otherwise they will never find them."
"Worst experience my mom got charged more than $500 dollar in services her car didn’t need. It’s sad they take advantage of people’s lack of knowledge."
"This place is so disorganized. Called on 12/20/21 to make a appt to get a oil change was told o didn’t need one to show up early showed ip 12/21/20 was told I would have to leave the vehicle all day since I needed a appt and they probably wouldn’t get around to it till the afternoon. Last time I come here"
"I came here facing a near emergency problem. My wife called me to tell me she locked our only keys to our 2012 Avalon in the trunk. The guys at the desk were nice enough, but were not able to help me because: 1) they didn't have my car's key in stock, and 2) although I told them I had two generic keys, they said they couldn't cut the keys because my keys were made of brass and that caused problems with their key cutter. I lucked out that my wife called me to tell me some good samaritan was able to somehow open the trunk. Too much bureaucracy!"
