"The older woman who works there is so rude and disrespectful. I go there because it's faster than driving into Lubbock but she makes it very unpleasant. I've seen and heard many complaints on her but she's still there and nothing has changed."
"I go to this place because of my client when it comes to cat food and tide. The older lady today was rude and disrespectful. It's like she didn't want to be at work. This is the third time I have witness and have received bad customer service. I believe she is an alcoholic I have smelled liquor on her and how her attitude changes. One minute she smiling and speaking to some and the next minute she grabbing your stuff and throwing in the bag like she gets a bad attitude."
