"I met Jacob a couple weeks ago. My wife and I bought a rental property in Lubbock, Tx (we live out of state) and we were having trouble finding a renter. So I flew to Lubbock to find out what the problem was. Jacob lives across the street from my property, he was working in his garage, so I approached him to ask how he liked Lubbock, the neighborhood, etc. It was a Saturday morning, he stopped what he was working on and took the next hour out of his day to talk to me, give me ideas to rent my property, and just overall he encouraged me.
