"So I go in one day, on a cold wet day, and I asked the guy at the counter to test my battery and alternator for me and he tells me that he won't because he doesn't want to get the tester wet. It wasn't gonna get wet because it wasn't raining. Then I left and went next door to AutoZone where a female gladly went out and tested my battery. I'm not using O'Reilly's anymore and as a mechanic I don't recommend the place anyway because they never have what I want."

"Didn't have the fuse that I was looking for, which isn't a problem things can be out of stock I get that. However, I was not greeted by any one working there, or asked if I needed assistance. In my opinion that's a huge problem."
