"Steven was very helpful and helpful. He got my battery replaced so quickly and efficiently."
"30 minutes just so I can get my check engine light scanned. Place is trash for impatient people."
"I would not recommend coming to this location of O'Reilly's, though I can't speak to the quality of service at other locations. I came in for a simple service: to check to see if my battery (which was purchased at O'Reilly's) was still under warranty and to swap it out for a replacement if so. This simple ask turned into a near two hour wait to determine if it was under warranty or not. None of the employees (3 of them helped me at one point or another) seemed to have any clue how their system worked, how to find the part number for the battery, or how to verify the warranty (the warranty was 3 years, and the sticker on the battery confirmed it was within that range). After speaking to the general manager on the phone after about an hour into the ordeal, they incorrectly informed us that the warranty expired in July 2020 (impossible because the battery was purchased in April 2021, as the sticker again validated) but that they would replace it for free anyway. The only reason I'm not leaving a one star review is because the ultimate result was that they replaced the battery themselves for free, which was very kind of them and much appreciated after all the trouble. The service was friendly but extremely chaotic and seemingly uninformed by any training with their system and operating procedures."
"I came in because my car battery had died and I was wanting to get it checked out to see if it needed a replacement. After (incorrectly) checking my alternator, I was told to purchase one and at 12 go to the workers friends shop to get it replaced. I was sold the alternator for the sport, not my vehicle which was $70 more. And when my father asked to speak with the worker, he was rude and said it "needed to be quick".. their job is customer service. Once my car gets jumped I go to the mechanic who tells me that my car is perfectly fine and that there was no reason to think I needed a new alternator. When I take it back the workers seemed to not believe me that my car was fine and questioned me about the return. My advice is to not waste your time here because that was three hours when all I needed was to jump my car."
"Always knowledgeable service. What they don't know, they will go out of their way to find out. And with price match, not sure why I would need to go anywhere else for parts. Five star service every time."
