"On Jan 11th at 5pm me and my family decided to visit this establishment for dinner. Walked in and was greeted. Got seated. 15 minutes later, no one had even taken our drink order. I went and got the front desk clerk to tell our "waitress" to come help us. Finally got our drinks ordered, appetizer ordered. Food came out, everything was good except the waffle fries were not fresh. No waitress came to check on our meal nor asked if we needed refills. A guy whom was not even on our table asked if we needed refills(thanks to him for even asking!) Finished our meal and still, no waitress. Had to go to the front door host for her to go find someone so that we could PAY for our food!! I asked to speak to a manager, in which the lady finally came at the same time our "waitress" came to cash us out. Spoke to the manager and asked her how many people does she know have to hunt someone down to pay for their food?! Needless to say, the manager was kinda baffled and dumbfounded that I was even complaining about the horrible or lack thereof service we received during our visit? In the meantime, our waitress was braiding another guys hair in one of the rooms not in use for customers? Overall, the service was horrible and we will NOT be back nor will I ever recommend anyone to go here due to lack of service and having to find someone to PAY for my dinner!?!"

"This place has THE WORST MANAGEMENT. So unprofessional. Rey was the manager I had to deal with. It was Friday this past weekend, 11/17/23. I just drove in from Abilene, over 2 and a half hours. I'm also pregnant. This place was the only place open late on Friday. I called them at 11 PM on Friday and they didn't close until 12 AM. The hostess/girl at the front was very sweet! She tried transferring me not once but twice to the to-go station. It rang and rang and rang until it went to a voice-mail. Never have I ever heard of a restaurant having a voice-mail for to-go orders. I was getting extremely frustrated. So I walked in and talked to the hostess. She said her manager, Rey, said he picked the phone up both times saying he didn't hear anyone on the other end of the phone, which was a blatant lie! He didn't want to take a to-go order so late he should have just said that! He wasn't wearing a uniform, a very flamboyant button up shirt while rocking a mullet, very 80's, stranger things vibe! I went back and forth with him as he was calling me a liar and refused to take responsibility. He didn't want to admit that he did not in fact answer the phone. He didn't offer any way to remedy this situation. I will never recommend this place or ever go back. The food is probably just as bad as the customer service. However, I wouldn't be able to tell you if the food was good or not because I never got a chance to place an order to-go. I hope this manager is worth y'all losing business because it looks like other patrons don't like dealing with him either!"
"Two drinks ordered, both were incomplete. Mad Mary did not have the toppings. Tiki Rumbull was missing garnish. We ordered an app, 2 entrees for dine in, and a salad and entree to go. App delivered, and we didn’t see our waitress for close to 15 minutes to refill drinks. She was actually sitting with guests on the floor. Silverware was delivered after entrees made it to the table. No silverware and no apps plates delivered with the app. We had to use our fingers. Shrimp and grits, and glazed salmon were ordered for dine in. The grits and shrimp were served to me cold. Grits were thickened and lumps. Salmon was warm(ish) the green beans were so cold, the butter congealed. When I saw our waitress I told her the issue. She took both plates back and returned to inform us they were correcting the issue and a manager would be bringing out the corrected dishes. He did.. and asked us to check the temperature. Everything was very hot. But there was no other conversation with him.. not impressed.. The correction was to reheat both dishes. I’m guessing under a salamander. Then reserved. So the grits were like sandpaper because they had been cooked, cooked, and then rapidly reheated. Any KM should know this. After being disappointed beyond repair, I asked the waitress to bring to-go plates so we could leave. She tried to reconcile the issue with a sincere apology. It was appreciated but we all know that was not her job. Where was the floor manager. The entire time I was in the building, not one table touch was made. No manager tried to speak to us. The manager that did deliver our food didn’t see to care at all. There was no discount on the items whatsoever. To make it worse, the salad I ordered “to-go” was already dressed.. Why? I opened the box this morning to take to work, and I had a clamshell full of drenched, wilted lettuce. Extremely disappointed with our visit!"
