Whataburger

"Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich ,grilled onions ,buffalo sauce on it ,what I got was old lettuce raw onions no buffalo sauce ,I don’t know what was so hard about getting that order right ,top it off they took 13 minutes for my order to be ready and it wasn’t even busy I was the only customer in there they had a full staff from looks of it"

"First of all I love Whataburger always have but this location is such a let down. I've came to this location multiple times and 9 times out of ten the service is extremely slow but the food usualy turns out good. This time not only was the service extremely slow but the food was an absolute joke. Ordered the whatawings since the last time I went they were pretty great but this time was not the same. The "wings" were not only the smaller than a freaking chicken nugget but had a lick of sauce, the bowl had more sauce than the wings. Spent almost 30 dollars for two orders of whatawings to be absolutely disappointed. I seriously hope this location works on the way they run their drive thru and cook line because it was not for a lack of people because I saw plenty just standing around."

"I came to this whataburger after a quince. I proceeded to order my food and right at the start the cashier messed up taking the order 3 times. I wasn’t upset at this point bc maybe he was having a bad day. Once our food arrived to our table my burger was incorrect and as I was walking up the manager took my burger and said he would take care of it. I then thought “it was just a mistake I’ll just wait for the new burger. But when i came back to the table turns out my friends burger was also incorrect. She returned her burger and got hers done correctly. However I have been waiting for 15 minutes (not over exaggerating) waiting for my burger that the manager said he would take care of. As I’m typing this I have yet to receive my burger. And unfortunately I will have to go to the counter to ask what happened because I’m starving. (Editing post) Hey it’s me again I’m re-editing this because I forgot to mention since I was waiting so long for my burger my friend started eating because she wasn’t waiting 20 minutes on me (literally 20 min) so my friend and I never got to eat together cause we had to leave and now I’m eating in the car. And I indeed had to go to the register and as I was walking up I know that manager saw me and still chose to walk further into the kitchen. I eventually got my burger and the manager was nice to offer us deserts on the house but you can’t bribe my bad experience (i also don’t like sweets) I’m not trying to sound like a Karen just very disappointed."

"So I was about to give a one star review because I came here, waited forever in line and got home only to find out the orders were completely wrong. I was pissed. I decided to call in and talk to a manager and a younger guy by the name of Michael Camacho came on the phone, said he was a supervisor. He listened to my issue, went out of the way to listen to me vent and then make it right. That was about the best I’d ever had a negative situation dealt with. You guys need to make sure you keep this guy because he is awesome and the only reason I’d come back. Thanks Michael."

"I was recently put in the my intestines in my stomach twisted me and the doctor's name did Operation Whataburger Dr.pepper milk shake... As u can see I almost died.... Couldn't eat r a week since this happened on Fourth of July... Thnk God I survived FIRSTS THING I BOUGHT WAS A WHATABURGER"
