"Yes, there was a wait, and yes, our food came out a little incorrect, but the staff was great. They were doing their best and they were so nice. This staff was nicer than the people who work at Chick-Fil-A. If this group is here, I'll stop by again."

"We went in and ordered there wasn't anyone in drive through or in restaurant. 10,11,12 minutes went by, then I asked why so long they said they were filling online orders for pick up, and it would be another 10 minutes for our order. The Mgr. Was there and he didn't do anything until I said something. Then he started on our food. I had gotten an ultimate bacon burger. My husband an ultimate cheese burger,the gilr teriyaki chicken bowl ,and loaded tacos, boys egg rolls, spent over $37. When finally got orders. There wasn't any bacon except this tiny, and I mean tiny little piece of bacon on it. On top of it it tasted funny like burnt. Why is it so hard to get good help or food in Odessa Texas?? I spent $37 on food and it really sucked won't ever go there again. I worked Jack in the box in Ca, Texas, AZ. And this is the worst service and Jack in the box I have ever eaten and been in."

"Slow service and they only had one other couple in the dining room. They also removed the soda fountain and ice machine from the dining room. $3.39-$3.99 for a soda and no refills or access to ice water for people that don't want all the sugary sodas. Very disappointing."

"This location is definitely one of the better Jack in Box I’ve been too. The service was prompt, cashier was friendly, and the food was good. Only downside side is the restaurant could’ve been a little more clean. Other then that, this location is pretty good."

"This Jack in the Box only has drive through availability and can be ordered through Door Dash and other delivery apps. Dine in has been closed until further notice. Still can order and receive your favorites with moderately quick service. I like the chicken sandwiches best and the cluck combo with curly fries is my go-to. Tasty Everytime."
