Sonic Drive-In

"My dad went yesterday and had a horrible experience first he ordered a chili cheese coney, reg fries and a chocolate malt.. well the girl who took his order didn't know what a malt was lol so he said a chocolate milkshake then... she had to come out to his vehicle twice to ask him what he had said... then she asked if he had ordered the all American dog when he clearly said chili cheese coney lol... well got his order and the person he got the milkshake for said it was spoiled!!!!!! How this location is still open I'll never understand!"

"The store employees were really kind and they really made sure all my needs were meet when taking my order. When they came out with my food they were very nice with a smile and while I was eating they came back to check up on me and see if I was good. They really care about the costumer."

"Carhop is always the same girl and drinks are never wiped down. Last order she came out, having put chili cheese fries, tots and chili dog in a bag and carried it out so that the food was laying sideways and moved all the way to the back of the tray it sits in. Drink order was off as well. First time I went, the carhop became irritated because I asked her to wait while I wiped down the first drink before handing me the next (dirty also). I thought they were trained to wipe drinks down before carrying them out. I will tip if I have clean cups."

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I ordered today 9-30-23. I placed my ordered and was repeated my order back to me wrong two times. The lady at the drive thru window finally repeated it back to me and it was correct. Once I drove up and paid I noticed my drinks were wrong. I ordered a Medium strawberry limeade and a small raspberry slush. I received a Medium cherry limeade and a Medium Raspberry slush. I told her my order was wrong and was told they were out of small cups that is why I received a medium slush. I asked for my receipt and told her she charged me for a Medium slush. She then took the drinks back. She came back with three wrinkle dollar bills, a small slush ( I was told they were out of small cups) and a small strawberry slush. I told her I did not order a small slush. I ordered a medium strawberry limeade. She took the cup back with the slush and poured it into a medium cup. I told her again I ordered a medium strawberry limeade. A guy came to the window. I am assuming that he was the manager and handed me a strawberry limeade without strawberries and the cup was not filled. The food was horrible and prepared horribly. The drink that I had so much trouble getting was made incorrectly and tasted disgusting. $29 for bad service and disgusting food."

"I ordered the special bacon pepper ranch cheese burger and that is not what I got. My order was put in at 108 and it's 143. My tater tots are actually cold. Update: I took it to the window and I was told that they don't make the sandwich I ordered. At that time I took a drink of my diet cheery limeade just to realize they ran out of syrup... So I handed it all to the lady and asked her to throw it away for me. I won't be consuming any of it- the cold tots or the made up cheeseburger covered in ketchup (what I ordered had no ketchup) or drinking the gross carbonated water. So I'm back to work without lunch and $8 less than when I started."
