"Today 02/29/2024 around 8:35 didn’t want to make the trip to the competition to get donuts so thought I’d give them a try…….. Wow should’ve read the reviews the young girls behind the counter just said sorry we ran out….just like that….it’s a donut shop how can you run out? Management you can’t turn a blind eye to all the reviews start showing up unannounced and keep a better eye on your business because pretty soon you’ll be out of business…. It’s a prime location with plenty of people that like donuts and something hot on cold nights…"

"Long wait time. Hair on food. Not the orange brand that was advertised and paid for. If I wasn’t too lazy I’d call the food safety agency that would take care of this. Reviews are easier. Eat at own risk, or not. I’m not eating there ever again."

"I drove up to place an order this morning. I ordered a hot chocolate since the weather is cold. No one appeared to be in front of me in line or behind me. I noticed a young lady in the cold weather standing out taking the orders. As I placed my ordered, I asked her Why she was outside on the shade where it’s really cold. Although the weather is 43° it feels colder due to the wind factor. This is cruel. Standing out in the cold taking orders for hours while the machine is actually functioning is uncalled for. I would like to see Dunkin’ Donuts take more consideration of their employees, especially the younger ones. Thomas, the manager should make adjustments for employees who are willing to work during a time when everyone else is short of employees. I hope something gets done."

"I’ve given this Dunkin countless of opportunities and I am always left disappointed. The matcha always tastes like water, the hash browns are burnt, and today was the last straw when my iced cappuccino was filled so poorly. I don’t know how someone looks at it and thinks “yeah that’s fine.” Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Save yourself some time and drive elsewhere."

"We were excited for a Dunkin’ so close to us but it has been a huge disappointment. Our first time going they were busy so we understood why we had to wait up front for our items. The coffee was good and the donuts were perfect. That was the only time we have had a good experience. Since, our coffees have been the wrong order, the donuts are stale even in the morning. When they are not busy, they make you wait forever in the front parking. The food we’ve ordered recently was burnt. The staff has no accountability and seem to not care. They talk bad about management, they are rude in the drive thru, if they mess up an order there is no ownership. There are so many more things that is wrong with this location. It needs either new management, more training and better treatment of employees."
