"Went in on Friday night to enjoy some ice cream and left unsatisfied. There were 3 girls working. One working the cashier, one talking to a friend that didn’t even work there and one that just kept popping in and out. There was no line inside but the line outside was at least 10 cars long. We stood there for about 10 minutes before anyone even said anything. There was no “sorry for the wait” or “I’ll be with you in a minute”. The girl finally took our order. We ordered a waffle cone with two scoops of rocky road. The cone was not hard and tasted old. Even the rocky road tasted old. The rest of the ice cream on displayed looked gross and the store didn’t even look clean. I don’t recommend. Avoid this one. Go somewhere else."

"My husband and I went in, two girls were working and the other talking to a friend. They took approximately 10 minutes to acknowledge us and help us. They couldn’t even state they were busy and would help, they just ignored us for 10 min. In hindsight we should have walked out."

"Went today and asked for cookies and cream ice cream and was told they were out of it. Asked for 2 scoops of chocolate chip instead. When we received the ice cream they did not give me the right ice cream and bathed it in hot fudge so I wouldn’t notice. I went inside and right away the workers were awaiting my complaint. But, the two girls went straight to the back and allowed the male worker to assist. They were rude at the window, and clearly don’t want to work nor do their job. I saw they had a little bit of cookies and cream, but they would rather say they are “out” when at the drive thru. They are young, and seem like they are in high school. Reading other reviews and apparently this is an ongoing issue at this location. Ridiculous."

"The sign is dark at night you can’t see the ice cream options! I had to drive forward to ask for a paper menu of which they do not have. The ladies that work there need to work on their communication skills. I then had to google the flavors only to go down the list of being told “We don’t have those flavors.” FIX the sign! She seemed annoyed with me for trying to order ice cream! I won’t be back for three scoops of ten dollar ice cream and a liter of annoyance."
