"Horrible customer service, waited for over 30s minutes to just stand around and wait to be greeted.. the associate in the store did greet I or the other person that is in the store. The associate all he did was look at us and not a word. Disappointed about the service, I’m a new customer and I’m regretting it already moving my service to Verizon.
