"UPDATE: After contacting DD headquarters, the actual manager called me. She was very apologetic and offered to replace the whole dozen, but since I was only owed 6, that is what I asked for. When I went a couple of days later, the staff were extremely nice and the donuts were fresh and delicious. *********************************** Should have read other reviews before ordering. I placed a mobile order for 6 strawberry frosted and 6 jelly donuts. I was given a variety. I called & the staff told me I could go back. I told her I would be around 1 but I was going to eat the one strawberry frosted in the donuts I received as I had not had breakfast. I went back and had to wait to be acknowledged even though staff saw me. I explained twice to the staff at the drive through and told her that I had eaten the one strawberry frosted donut from the original order and returned the box. She gave me a new box and when I got home, I found they gave me 6 strawberry frosted and 6 chocolate frosted. I was busy so called this morning at 6:26 am. Spoke to the manager. She told me that they were out of jelly donuts when I went. I asked why I had not been told that. She didn’t answer but said 1 donut was missing from the box I returned. Felt like an accusation. Said I could go back for the correct order or a refund. I had already been there 2x yesterday. No other help offered. Told me she did not have a supervisor. When I asked for franchise owner, she said she would not be in until Tuesday. Did not provide name or offer to take a message."

"I ordered some munchkins and a sandwich online and they had the type and quantity wrong at first then they tried to fixed it and they had the type wrong. Then they fixed it for good and gave me five extra for the inconvenience. I gave 5 stars because each time they tried, the employee stayed calm and didn't have an attitude like many others do. And they made it right for the customer in the end. That's always the most important thing."

"Wait times are ridiculous. No matter what time you come you have to wait in the parking lot and they take at least 20 minutes to bring out your coffee.The manager should work on implementing better processes. There was only one car ahead of me and now there are 5 waiting in marking lot for our orders."

"New establishment in the northeast area. I like their modern decor. Employees are friendly and work swiftly. The only gripe I have about this place is the donuts. They don't taste as fresh as I remember Dunkin' Donuts to be. Regardless, I still come out here to buy coffee and donuts at least once or twice a week. Ok maybe almost 4 times a week."
