"I’m in Starbucks all over the country, and this was one of the nicest and friendliest crews I’ve ever come across. Small store but great atmosphere."

"Had us waiting for 10 min while they finish all of drive thru and inside orders, one said we will be with you, but never came ....we were the only ones waiting in line at the register....Then they proceeded to work on the next line of drive thru. I went up to one of the employees and asked if someone is going to take our order because we had been waiting for 10min. She asked me, "What's the name on the order." I told her, "We are waiting for someone to take our order." They need to have better time management and service. They finally did, but waited 5 more min for our order. We came in at 3:55 and leaving at 4:11pm..."

"The drive thru was very busy, so we parked in the overflow parking so it would be easier to get in and out. They had a constant flow of customers inside, online, and in the drive thru but they kept up and everyone seemed happy. Way to go, Starbucks!"

"I have frequented this location for a few years now, and not only do they remember you after a few visits, but they remember you even after you have not visited for a while. The store is almost always busy, yet the service is always quickly, friendly, and enjoyable. The manager, Alex, is exceptionally friendly and personable, and not only with me, but with essentially every other person with whom he comes into contact. Spend 5 minutes in there after he greets you, and you'll notice that he treats all other patrons with the same kindness and generosity of spirit. This is truly a wonderful example of how a coffee shop should exist as part of its local community!"
