"It was a advertisement for liquor under the non working mini kios, the batter was low, that said if he doesn't offer us a margaritas we get a free advertiser on our next visit, he didn't offer so who determines or remembers we get the freebie? Service was ok, of course. The table across from us got more attention. They had more people, but still even that out. I would go again for sure."
