"Never seen a BWW with such a poor rating, but now I see why. Long wait at the door with seats available, but that’s not even that bad. The total lack of acknowledgment was the worst. And you don’t get a server, it’s all airport style. Scan and order online. We just left and they didn’t even notice. Sad"

"Well I'll be adding this to the list of places to never eat at in Hobbs. List is getting long. I've eaten here twice now. It was bad the first time and decided to give it another try..... Bad again so I decided to share my thoughts. They have a QR code now that you scan and enter all your information so that you can order. I guess I'm old school and I hate this. I don't want to take ten minutes entering my information and confirmation codes just to order. The ONLY benefit of of this is that you can pay and leave and not have to wait on your server to bring you your check. On to the service. Evidently situational awareness is no longer a thing. Refilling an iced tea and adding no ice. That may seem petty but it's about doing your job and doing it properly. After you put in your order in the app, your server is nonexistent until your food is brought out to you. Let's talk about the food. The wings were traditional. They were also cooked to the point they turned to moon dust in your mouth when you took a bite. You would figure they'd be nuclear hot seeing as how they were cooked to a crisp.... Nope. Cold as ice. I've noticed this trend in this town. Not sure if it's just a lack of people giving a damn about their job or what. Either way, save yourself some time and money and just cook your own wings at home."

"Never will I come back to this place!! What happened?? Now we have to do our own orders at the bar!!! Came to have a good time and drink and watch the ranger game. Had a couple drinks. And when I was getting ready to order, the bartender told me I have To place my own because if she took my order, she would get a write up. I was cool with that. Don’t want her to get in trouble just the fact that I have to place my own order got to me. What happened to taking an order for a paying customer? Never again will I come here Or any place where I have to take my own order"

"For the first time I can say it was terrible. The new phone ordering system that they're trying did not work. At least let me say it did not work properly. In order things that I did not want the waitress had to cancel the order so I can start over once I started over it's still came out wrong everything that I did not want on my food was on my food and things I did want was missing. It also ordered food again that I did not want I just chose to keep it because I didn't refuse to have to try to reorder and go through the process again. It still took my food way too long to come out. I had to wait 30 minutes for the rest of my order. And while the food that came out my fries tasted old as if they had been waiting for someone else and decided to give them to me."
