Staff was not very friendly and seemed to be in a rush to get customers out of the store, I almost felt like I couldn’t even really shop around and find a dress. The shopping experience I had will definitely be the last at dnk. I did end up buying a dress and there was no congratulations or picture taking, as I have seen on many other post from others."

"This has to be the worst customer service. You make comments to young women only pretty girls wear up to a size 4. You do not have dresses that are bigger than that by other reviews. Stop with they lying. It’s obvious you have someone working that is not trained to make every girls dress shopping a good experience. Body shaming is wrong !"

"We went in yesterday to look for a prom dress. Staff was very attentive, but we felt like we was being judged the entire time we was looking for a dress. The dresses are beautiful, but that being said, I feel like some are over priced especially when you can see that some are missing stones and sequins or snagged hemlines. And they do not offer discounts off for these, they still expect you to pay the full price and then pay an additional fee for alterations...It isn’t that we can’t afford the dresses in the shop, I can, but I would much rather drive to OKC and buy a Sherri Hill than from dnk."
