"My mom bought me some shoes that were on sale. The shoes were the right size but i guess the shoes ran a little small. I tired to go and get store credit or exchange the shoes for a different size. The lady at the cashier was not very friendly about it. I understood i wasn’t able to exchange them so i continued to look around and shop. I have shopped at this boutique plenty of times and never felt unwelcome, like i did today. The whole time the lady was watching me as if i was going to steal something. I felt rushed because she kept asking if i was ready to check out. I ended up leaving and not buying anything. I’m never one to complain, but i’ve enjoyed shopping at this boutique for years and i hope the next time i shop there, things are different!"

"They have cute clothes but the staff isn’t very friendly or helpful. Was in there for more than 30 minutes nobody offered any help and when I did ask for help the staff was rude. My mother in law was looking at jeans trying to find her size and instead of one of the girls asking if she needed help. They almost knocked her over to get to the jeans to fix them back. We won’t be back."
