"Was in there Sunday and they were backed up. The manager was rude to the customers and was in no hurry to get the orders out. We were in there 48 minutes to pick up doordash order and she told me it was only 14 min.i had a receipt in car that told me otherwise. We ended up giving that order to another dasher because we couldn't waitany longer. .most likely will not return there because manager didn't handle the situation and has no customer service skills !"

"Food was thrown together, the cheese on the enchiladas wasn't melted, forgot the red sauce. Just not a very pleasurable meal this time. Inside dining was packed and numerous cars in the drive thru that was probably the cause. Will avoid this establishment when they are busy."

"I love Taco Villa, the building currently is fantastic in comparison to its predecessor, I can't wait to have a decent Monday to show up for Buck Monday Burritos again. The General Manager there is not in any shyness to greet their customers either, I don't think I will stop visiting this place any time soon."

"We placed a order via door dash at 705 p.m. 2/23/24. We received multiple text messages from Door Dash driver went into pick up order at 718 p.m. he is messaging me that they don't have any of the product to fill order for a five taco and burrito pack yet they accepted my order and charged my card $30.00. completely unacceptable. Will never encourage others to spend your money at this establishment. Called the store. The shift manager very rude and said that the staff is all new. I told door dash driver to cancel order after they sat there for over 45 mins and they still didn't have order ready Take your money to other establishments."

"Haven't been to been one in a long time. Was pleasantly surprised the tacos were yummy and the bean burritos were some of the best. Wish we had one where we lived !"
