Pizza Hut

"We went for the pizza buffet. The place got packed, so it was difficult to keep fresh, warm pizza on the line. We made a request for a particular pizza and were told they do not take request. Overall, it was not a bad experience."

"Wish I could give no stars. Twice in two weeks we have had the wrong order or incomplete order delivered to our house. The last time it took over twenty minutes to get in touch with someone at the store. When calling the number we were sent to a call center and all they would do is try and call the store. Each time we were sent back to the call center. When I ask to speak to a manger or supervisor at the call center, I was told I couldn't speak to anyone but the store. By the time we received our food it was cold. We did finally speak to the store manager and were given a partial credit on our order, but the overall experience was a complete joke."

"Hostess seated me, waited 15 minutes before the waiter came by to take my drink order, the hostess brought me my drink, 40 minutes later the waiter never came back. There was only 4 other tables. 3 waiters and the hostess. Poor hostess running around with her head cut off being the only one actually doing anything, one guy walking around on his phone, another stood at the able near the bar talking, I guess one had his parents come by and only catered to their table, and who knows where my waiter went. Manager came by checking on tables, I told her to just bring me the receipt please and she never came back. I had plenty of time to download the app, make an account, and order online and wait from inside the store. The hostess was nice enough to offer to waive the drink for me but other than that I should have known better than to eat here."

"So I called ahead and asked if I could place an order over the phone to be eaten in the restaurant. They said that would be fine, just tell us your name when you get here. Got there about 15 minutes later, gave them my name and we were seated. Waited about 5 minutes for a server then waited another 15minutes. They brought our food out in to go boxes, cold and didn't even give us a plate. We ate off of paper towels. Come on....."

"Came in tonight and had a great experience. Our waiter Andrew had the best attitude. Friendly, positive and just all around happy!! By looking around the restaurant you can tell all staff was kind and friendly. Management came around multiple times to check on tables making sure all was good!! Great job guys!! Will return!!!"
