"Absolutely will not order from here again. Firstly, I ordered 2 sandwiches, both were wrong. Neither one was toasted and one was on the wrong bread. I called and told them it wasn't right. They offered to replace them. I agreed to the replacements. I got the replacements home, and my sandwich was nearly inedible. Mustard and ranch were literally pouring out of the sandwich with every bite I took. I know a little spillage is normal, but not this much sauce all over the place. I wasn't even able to finish the sandwich."
"Just wanna give my praises to an employee at the Levelland location named Melinda! As a customer and Door Dasher, I'm in and out of there a lot. I often see her tending to a store full of people (constantly by herself, even during lunch rushes for someone reason??) and she's busting her behind to provide the best customer service she can, all while maintaining a friendly attitude. The location seems to be short staffed a lot, but every time I happen to catch this employee working alone, it is very obvious that she's working her tail of as best as she can, as fast as she can. Just wanted to take a moment to give her a little shine, it's definitely well deserved!"
