"I recently had an HORRIBLE encounter at Papa John's where do I even start. The manager canceled multiple customers' orders without any valid explanation or apology. The lack of professionalism that this manger left it’s just wow, and the manger completely disregarding their concerns and dismissing them in an offensive manner. It’s incredible to witness such behavior from a manager. Instead of addressing the situation with tact and understanding, the manager seemed more interested in yelling at their customers and cancelling their orders. I really hope they change this behavior or the manger."

"By far best experience I’ve had! Restaurant is new to neighborhood and it’s the best thing to happen on this side of town! Store looks amazing, staff was friendly and the general manager Ernesto there knows exactly what’s he’s doing!!! I was quite impressed with my visit from walking in being greeted by friendly smiles, food coming out hot and fast, everything about this new store was so professional and I can’t wait to see how the business will grow thank you Papa Johns Pizza!!!"

"New store. Couldn’t order on the app . Had to look up number and call . No problem got threw quick and easy . Asked for carry out special . Got 1 large 1 topping for 8$ plus tax. Was ready in 15 min . No issues whatsoever. Guy at the counter was helpful and courteous."
