"The phone service? I was just on hold for 1 minute, and the phone call lasted 10 minutes when I wanted one pizza, and some dessert. Every second there was upselling asking me if I wanted pasta, double breadsticks, when I repeatedly said no. The Little Caesars down the road has better service than this. Please, don’t upsell every single second, and yes, quickly state location and a deal. Then move on. Please and thank you."

"Ordered delivery, and I normally don’t have an issue. Tonight the driver decided to toss my food on the doorstep, ring the doorbell, and leave. I called the store to tell the manager this, and she disregarded my concerns saying I chose “contactless delivery”. But I never did and never have. The point was how my food got delivered. It was tossed, I have a recording of it happening. So to disregard my concern and simply not actually address the issue speaks volumes. I guess Pizza Hut doesn’t care about their customers any more, which is a shame. Used to love it."
