"Andy is the absolute worst. My payment is 2 days late and they called my job and informed my boss that I would be served at work. I spoke with them yesterday and asked for an extension because Christmas and was denied. So much for flexible payment options. The only person in that store worth talking to is Melissa. The rest of them are a bunch of mean girls who seem to take great pleasure in making life difficult for their customers. If you need to lease something, I suggest you go somewhere else. Oh, and they’ve openly discussed my account with my ex husband, who is not on the lease."
"I have been an amazing customer for a least 2 years I have paided off a lot of stuff through them! I have good history with them! But now they are starting to be rude I just changed jobs and was in hospital for a few days just returned to work today! I got a rude phone call today demanding payment that not due till tomorrow! Then they have nerve to say it better be paided on app before they get in office Monday morning at 8 am! If they are going to be that rude I may not lease with them anymore! Only nice person is Melissa she is a saint! They have nerve to say I have a new account I don’t! Also say this is last time they will work with me on payment when this is the first time I am late! Horrible office ladies! No respect!!"
"I would give this store one star but I love love love mellissa ballin and Danny Lyons. She’s just a great sales person and Danny understanding when payments are missed. If it wasn’t for them I probably would have business there but love meslissa work she’s been dealing with me the last 6 years"
"Just avoid this store. I had a PS5 missed a payment and had just moved. These Karen's on a power trip decided too feel important after I called and talked to the store and said they did a skip trace on me. The manager saying "yeah I was coming after you." Ok Rambo calm down. I was calling to make the payment not steal nothing. But hey I guess you feel important now. There was one fantastic lady that worked there and apparently has more customer service ability than Theresa and her commando supervisor combined."
"I had 1 payment left on my lease with this Aarons and they made me never want to deal with them again. I work 9-6, but usually need to stay late to finish up, so I end up not being able to call them back until the next day. This time I was called ONCE with no voicemail ON THE DAY THAT THE LEASE CAME DUE before they sent someone to my house. When I contested the $10 fee the lady on the phone said "you will be paying the $10!" Then hung up on me. I didn't call back that day to finish making the payment. The next day they called 2 hours BEFORE THEY OPENED for the day to leave me a voicemail saying that they were going to send someone to my house again and that it would be another $10. I asked a different store for the corporate number so that I put in a complaint. I was told that there was only a regional manager and that they were not to give out his number. They did offer to have him call me back . HE NEVER DID UNTIL I gave up and just paid the lease in full online to avoid dealing with the angry, bitter lady at the store and I filled out the "congratulations, you finished paying off your item" survey with all 0's like they deserved. I put in the notes of that survey what had happened and he only wanted to know why I filled in 0's on the survey. He didn't care one bit either. Here is a list of all of the items I have purchased from them: 55' smart TV Surround sound system Xbox One S PS4 Pro My daughters bed Washer Dryer Refrigerator Gas Range Couch / loveseat set with a rug Nintendo Switch (the final lease I will ever make with them) Pretty much all of my appliances. I was going to start a new lease for a new mattress for myself any my wife, but I'll just go to a local mattress store instead. I dont usually pay late, but my mother in law died and they didn't care one bit. They only needed their $90 payment -edit after the halfbaked reply from the "owner" "We aRe SoRrY tO HeAR tHAt yoU FeEl ThIs wAY" My mother in law died and you refuse to even give me an actual apology on how it was handled. No thanks, I'm done with you even more than I already was and I didn't think that was possible. I would rather you have not replied at all"
