"We places 4 drink orders today for pickup. When we got home I handed them out and they were 3/4 full. I called the store, spoke to the manager (that claims he made them himself) and he proceeded to tell me that they were full when we left and it was because we had ordered them extra hot that that much of the phone went down. I asked if they would refund it or if we could come in and get new coffees and he said the only way that wouldn’t happen is if you don’t order them extra hot. it’s extremely frustrating when you spend $30 on coffee and you don’t get what you pay for and the customer service is lacking as well . Also, the drinks were NOT EVEN EXTRA HOT. Extremely disappointing"
"Best coffee anywhere really. Rich bold deep sweet gloriously non bitter brew. Friendly kind staff. Pro move: preorder breakfast online from fuzzys (right next door) before you head to coffee shop. Grab coffee (even if there’s a line, moves fast, and breakfast is waiting anyway). Walk next door, grab food. Go to Cadillac ranch, palo furor canyon, or whatever. Have an awesome day. Prepare to love the rest of the morning."
"I ordered a hot breakfast tea, which was very good and was delivered on time. The staff was friendly, the restroom was clean. I did like the style and feel of the inside of the store, however, the flies were horrendous. It probably has some to do with the time of year, but they were almost swarming me and I had to go outside for relief. There didn't appear to be any pest control devices, so I'm not sure what they are doing about this issue. Otherwise, this was a great place and I will return...maybe after a good hard freeze kills all the flies!?!?"
"Came in ready to get some knitting done. I ordered the single origin San Diego coffee. I really like a light roast coffee and this one does not disappoint. The person who helped me asked if I wanted room for cream, which I did. When I grab the coffee I could see there was about an inch and a half of room for cream. Even for me, that's a lot of room for cream. I said as much out loud and another person working behind the counter heard me and said they would fill it up for me the rest of the way. I share this to make the point that the customer service is excellent."
