"Stopped in here to order dinner and ordered four 1/4 pound chili cheese Coney's and two shakes. When the food came out the hot dogs had next to no chili and cheese on them. The shake was extremely melted and runny. The person who brought the food out after handing it to me craned his neck to look in my truck to make sure I was going to give him a tip and I always tip but that type of behavior is unacceptable. This is the second time I've been to this location and it is the worst location in all of Texas."

"Tried to order a couple of burgers and sides and some drinks. After 20 minutes we checked and they offered to start A NEW ticket? We just left won't be back very disappointing"

"We called in irder went to pick up and they had put cheese on one hamburger which we had ordered without cheese. We sent t it back waited an hour and a half for this hamburger finally got my money back and went next door to Brahms. Will never order here again with service like this there are a lot of burger places that will be glad to have .y business by the way my order was almost $45.00 and you got to refund all that"

"This place has gone down hill over the past few months. Not sure what is going on, but they need help. Not only is the waiting ridiculous so is the food. It can't even be made correctly for a basic order. I will happily drive 8-10 miles to another Sonic because this one is definitely unable to deliver customer service or good food. You would think it would be fresh and hot if you are the only vehicle waiting. Not worth my time or money."
