Little Caesars Pizza

"im a regular at this resteraunt and they are literally overcharging people my order is simple i get two italian cheese breads no marinara but i get extra extra garlic and parm cheese on both of them because i like the flavoring of the garlic and parm cheese on it but i go today and order my usual 2 cheese breads that mind you are 5dollars a piece maybe 6 at max but i dont understand they charge me on my recipt it says 2 custom itialian cheese breads and under that it says whole:extra cheese and then under that it says 2 toppings on the side for 3 dollars mind you there custiom cheese breads both are 13 already and you have to add in the taxs but for 2 cheesebreads because the managment and LC has went down hill it cost me $17.32 for just two cheese breads with a little extra toppings on them i dont mind paying for the extra toppings but i think this location is overcharging people that want extra this regional manager or manager needs to change alot or this location needs a whole new manager because this location is costing the company money and customers because of the uncleanly ness and rudeness of staff i asked the lady that was working the window i said wait how does it come out to $17.32 when the cheesebreads are only 5 something maybe 6 dollars max and she rudely said thats how they told me to ring it up sir but this location needs to change i go to this location because i like the garlic butter and parm cheese on my cheesebread instead of putting itilian seasoning on the bread but honestly i think im gonna go somewhere else until corperate does something about this location because this is rediculous"

"Long story short staff is very disrespectful and not understanding Came to this location about a month ago.. had to call to talk to a manager due to my entire order being wrong. Decided to give it another try.. very simple order I may add. Pepperoni pizza with the crazy combo meal deal. Lady repeated my order over the menu board. When I got to the window the girl proceeded to ask me what my order was. I once again repeated "a pepperoni pizza with the meal deal crazy bread." Lady looked at me and said "so what did you want me to do for you??" I proceeded to tell them this isn't the first time this has happened to me and the only difference is the 2 litter soda. They just stair at me.. then a gentleman I assume is a manger jumps in saying nah you didn't say that.. I never heard a meal deal come through drive."

"I actually had a good review up for this location before... But it's a different story now. New staff is somewhat blunt. And I'm sorry but, what the what ? No Vege Pizzas, no extra cheese, no custom pizzas whatsoever. When did they start that ? "Oh we don't do custom pizzas no more" Wow. Well the Ceo or whomever of Little Caesars Pizza... You gotta do something about that. Stop advertising all of this extra stuff if you don't serve it. For people who read this: Right across the street literally is Papa Johns, go for it. Or, get a Digourno box pizza or something. It would be better to do that instead, no kidding. Running it this way actually puts a not so good look on LC overall. Don't waste your time at this location. You got to do better than this LC think of your customers please."

"Placed an online order and waited 45 minutes and they still hadn't put one of the pizzas in. The manager, Ari, was anything but helpful and very incompetent (couldn't even figure out how to void the order). She could care less that I was waiting there for 45 minutes and still walked out with nothing. I understand mistakes happen. But how a manager owns up to those mistakes is what matters. Ari accepted no responsibility and blamed it on other employees. Clearly she doesn't know how to be a manager. I know it's hard to get good help these days, but they promoted the wrong employee. I ended up ordering from a different little Caesars and had a great experience at that one. Will never go back to this location again."
