"Food is decent Most of the time, But they had overcharged our card more than once, when we called and asked about it, the female manger had told us it was a bank problem and she didn’t have a “magical” button to fix it. So safe to say the management of this establishment needs to be fixed. The good servers we encounter usually don’t stick around long. Which considering the way we have seen some of the employees/management act I can see why they don’t stick around long."

"I had a great experience all around. My waitress (Faith) was very punctual with drinks and food. She served me with a smile. Tammy (manager) was complimentary to my waitress. My waitress was dealing with a bigger table when Tammy brought me my second drink and took away my unwanted plates. I got a perfect spot to watch the football game. I would definitely come again and would recommend coming to all friends and family. Thank you Hook and Reel for making my night great."

"In town passing through on vacation. Well worth the trip!! Food and drinks were delicious. Service ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Mac served us with a smile on her fa e and very respectful. "As a bar and restaurant establishment, it's quite comfortable and the atmosphere is very nice. I really enjoyed the lobster plate with sweet potato fries. Hushpuppies as an appetizer couldn't have come any sooner. We were very hungry after taking my grandson to the kart racing track outside of the city. He wanted to create his own boil plate. He just loved the snow crab and the crawfish boil. The gumbo, clam chowder, and the lobster bisque were very delicious and fulfilling. They had good service, although she could have checked on us more often. They keep their bathrooms very clean and well stocked. We found this place a cozy, enjoyable, relaxing restaurant. Prices are a bit higher but well expected. Unfortunately, the tiramisu was not that good. It did taste as though it was a boxed item and thawed in the box it came it as well."
