Arby's

"I haven't eaten at an Arby's in probably a couple of years, and not in Amarillo. Sadly it was $30 plus for horrible food and ho rrible service. We went through the drive thru and had 4 cars in front of us. It took over 30 minutes to get to the pick up window after we had paid. If we hadn't already paid, and stuck in between cars tightly in line. When we did pick up our food, it was cold and tasted like they hadn't changed the grease out in quite sometime. We even special ordered our sandwiches. One would've thought those would be fresh. Nope. It was all inedible. I used to like Arby's occasionally. However, I doubt we'll waste our money there again. Sadly, there's not enough employees anymore who are generally grateful to have a job."

"The store looked clean and there was plenty of car park space. Disabled car park easily assessable. The meal I got was cold. The sauces at the sauce station were empty and only 1 was available. 2 of the drinks tasted flat. Just wasn’t the experience I was looking for being my first time visiting. Will be back just hope that everything is a whole lot better."

"I haven't been to Arby's in a long time, mostly because they always seemed overpriced, but still tasty. Today I went in because I was just hankering for some curly fries. I wanted to try something new, so I got the Greek Gyro. It was surprisingly good! It could've used just a tad more sauce for my liking, but it still tasted great. Will definitely eat it again!"

"Honestly they can do better. First time eating at this location in a long time. Was not impressed. Fries tasted like grease an were overcooked. Not necessarily a bad thing as there were crispy; but definitely not what I paid for. All the chicken was undercooked an smelt terrible. I am pregnant an can’t imagine if I hadn’t noticed how it could of effected me. Will not be returning. Customer service was good but they need to hire different cooks or something because that experience was completely unacceptable an honestly disgusting."
