"We ordered for a delivery after working over 1 of 5 12 hour shifts, the door dash was missing part of our order...when we called the store and asked to speak to a manager all they told us was we had to physically drive to the store to resolve the missing items from our order!!!!! What was the point of offering door dash or any other home delivery service if the selling restaurant won't stand by their order/supplied service.....don't think I or anyone associated with this establishment will ever order again...regardless of the service provided.....BTW, since COVID, Services offered and supported are very limited!!!!!"

"Ordered delivery dinner and food was missing. I called and they first offered for me to pick it up. I explained I paid the delivery fee because I didn’t want to get out of the house after work. They then got the manager and offered a refund but couldn’t figure out how to process a refund for a delivery. I don’t like to leave reviews on negative experiences because I too work in retail but this was really rough and I hope the owner reads this and helps out on this situation."
