"Just moved here last week. Was nice to see PH is here in Odessa. Ordered my food online and even called to verify that the order was ready. The guy was polite and said it was. Now mind I have then an hour because, hey it’s SB Sunday. For there about 1hr 20 mins after. They couldn’t find my order and about half the other people’s orders. They threw people’s cooked food on top of the oven because they had no place for them. The cooks seemed to be on point, but the two people handling the counter were atrocious. Everyone was in uniform except for them. Needless to say I didn’t get my order and I’ll never be back."
