"I have am very upset with the customer service. I have order my food through the app and I am not able to get my food because it’s inside. I am disable and it’s difficult to walk inside. They refused to hand me my food through the drive thru after it’s already been paid for. Honestly makes no sense."
"Walked in, only 1 table in there was taken. There were three guys at the register and multiple others just standing around in the kitchen. We walked up to the counter and one them made a noise and said “great you said we were dead and now people are here” to one of the others. We stood there for another 5 minutes with no one walking up to take our order and left. Wouldn’t recommend going even if it’s slow. At least 6 people standing around and not one could take out order"
"Their burgers taste very close to Steak N Shake! Absolutely won my heart. Their fries are just as good. Their shake seemed like it was just ice cream put into a cup. It tasted good for chocolate ice cream."
"My fish sandwich was delicious. There is a picture of it with onion rings (not very many. ) My husband's double burger was the worst excuse I've seen ever. The double meat patties were so thin that the 2 of them didn't even constitute one thin patty!!! He had a lot of fries with his order. There is a picture but I took it before we saw the inside. Should have taken a second picture so you could see the "patties"! The custard was good though. See the 2 pics. We thought the prices were a little high especially for the poor excuse of a burger. Who knows? Maybe it was just an "off day". Those happen."
