"Fast and friendly! They did a great job installing a receiver hitch on my Ford Transit."
"The are not good at backing up their work. If they did something wrong, some how they blame you, when in all reality it was their Shawty work."
"I was on a camping trip and got stranded in Clovis, NM; it's a long story what the issues were from my camping plug pulled out from my tow vehicle and broke while being drug for miles to losing my electric brake controller to issues with my tow vehicle 7-way plug. At. the end of it all, I was referred to Master Trim by Hamilton Ford, and thank God! The employees were kind, but the installer, Scott was phenomenal and definitely knowledgeable in wiring a vehicle for towing. Not only did he get me back on the road after being stuck 2 extra days than originally planned, he was kind and understanding of my situation and that reflected on my bill, for which I am eternally grateful since I was a long way from home. Thank you !"
"Master Trim has done several customizations on my 2007 Mustang GT and I could not be happier. Priced very reasonably and the precise workmanship that was offered at every appointment keeps me coming back. My car was a run of the mill plain jane until Master Trim made it a one of a kind masterpiece, thank you so much. You guys rock, you know who you are."
"We had leather put on a brand new suv, when we picked it up we noticed a cut on the side of a seat, and when we started looking closely at the rest of the vehicle noticed 4 more cuts in the brand new leather. When we brought it to their attention the installer rudely said that they couldn't replace the seats that were cut. But he could TRY to sew it... so we pretty much paid $1,800 for cut up leather seats that now need to be replaced. We have small children and all it will take is for them to notice those cuts and start pulling on it for it to make it look even more ridiculous than it already does. Customer service skills are seriously lacking at Master Trim. Never got an apology or anything from a mistake they made several times. If you can't install leather correctly and with out cuts all in it you shouldn't lead people to believe your company installs it."
