My brand new fridge was not staying cold They came out and tried everything they could with assistance of Samsung support. Matt and Anna are great. My problem got fixed and it was something Matt had not seen in his 16 yrs. Thank you for your proffesionalism. And on time....what can I say. Matt was never late and would go so far as to once give me a time of 1:05 and he pulled up at 1:04!!!!!!. If you need repair, definately use this company"
