"The most inconvenient convenient store I ever visited. No matter what the old person there has a rotten attitude and more than once did I get told cash only for both registers. I’m not coming back here for a long time. I rather walk the extra mile to the nearest other stations. It’s 2023 the majority of people use debit not cash. Get it together."
"There are only 5 parking spots, that the employees take 2 of. Most of the coolers are barely half stocked, so expect to compromise on your drink selection, if you can find a safe place to get out of your car."
"Left 60 Dollars on the counter by accident. I seperated 5 20s in a trifold and paid for gas and lotto. Left 60 on counter and I'm sure the clerk took it. They gave lame excuse as to why they wouldnt be able to give video cameras a look. Rip off biatches."
"The worst gas station. I hope the owners know that the employees close randomly on whatever night they choose. They turn away customers and are rude when people ask for change that the owner said she provides for the complex nearby. We have been denied service and told by the employee that they own the store when we have met the owner. So regardless of who owns the place, it is not a place that deserves your business. Despite claiming to be 24 hours, they close randomly and treat people terribly. Do not waste your hard earned money."
"I usually go here to buy milk every week, because it is just a 2 min walk away from my home. Today, I walked here to grab a gallon of milk and I also bought a sub. I walked home opened the sub put some honey mustard in it and as I was going to take a bite I noticed a piece of hair sticking out of my sub. It was blond and curly. I called the Village pantry because I am a regular there and it had only been 15mins since I was there. The same lady that cashed me out had answered the phone but in a rude way. I understand that you may be busy but I am a customer. She said, "oh oh wait stop wait one second!" and so I waited. Then she picked up the phone again and yelled into the phone, "Hello?! Hello?!" As if I wasn't there...I replied, "Can you hear me?" So from there I told her about the sub I bought and the hair that I have found. I did not remove it. I honestly was going to just cut that piece off and bake the rest. But she insisted that I bring it in and get a refund or another sub. At first I thought she was being polite about it so I walked up to the gas station and she rushed to the cash register with a mouthful of food. Now I didn't mind because she was kind enough to let me trade in this gross sub for a fresh sub. So I walked up to her letting her know that I had brought the sub back, and she starting acting like she didn't know what I was talking about..... I explained to her nicely that I was the one that called and was told to come up to get another sub. She started questioning me and making me feel like I was in the wrong. I didn't understand why but I just wanted my sub and I wanted to get out of there. She asked where the hair was on the sub and I told her its still there because didn't touch/or remove it. It was blonde. She looked at me and then said, "Uh, thats weird, no one here is a blonde." I started thinking if she was just joking because she HAS blonde hair..... She then gave me that look once more and just took the sub and said, "Okay, then well go grab another sub. It's just so weird because no one here had blonde hair." See the funny thing is...is that she has blonde hair. & it was curly just like hers.....smh. I know the other ladies that work there one a dirty blonde and the other a brunette. They are really nice and kind toward me and my boyfriend because we are regulars to them. I'm guessing this clerk was on drugs or something. Just keep an eye out when you go there for this lady. She is kinda short and she has her hair up in a ponytail. She is a blonde but she has dark roots. She looks like could be in her late 40s early 50s."
