More along the lines of snobby, sarcastic and sometimes just plain out rude. In my experience. The workers who I have had the worst experiences with. Are the super try hards that get a supervisor position, they are the worst! You know who you all are!!! Get it together Evansville CSL."

"Attempted my first donation this afternoon, went to the sign that said first time donors the scanner for the QR codes did not work and not one single employee was to be found to help get checked in. After about 10 minutes of waiting at the desk I left"

"I appreciate they give money for Plasma, I don't know what the facility makes off of it? I'm sure they sell it to Hospitals and stuff! But, they don't give enough to the people!"

"151 donations and counting. The staff is sweet and takes great care of you. They are always trying to make every experience the best experience they can. Even on my "worst" donations experiences, it's been a good experience. Knowing the customer service business, I understand the wait times and understaffing issues, but the staff always makes a point to take care of me as a donor, even if it's a "long line" night with a short staff. I always make a point to be friendly to them because a lot of the issues I hear donors complain about are not based on the individuals themselves. And the staff more than make sure I'm comfortable, taken care of, and have a good donation experience. Thank you CSL staff in Evansville for everything you do! See you soon for another donation!"
