"It's a flying j.. They, like all the other locations, have really lowered their standards over the years. Bathrooms get pretty dirty, and employees are too lazy to clean them. They force self checkout on you instead of just helping. They are out of coffee a lot because just use the fresh brew machine. The fresh brew machines give you half water and usually taste bitter. Floors are usually in need of mopping."

"Travis is amazing, going above and beyond for his customers. We appreciate you man!!! Showers were clean, towels clean, restrooms clean!! Unfortunately some humans are disgusting && have no home training! The girls at Denny's were great as well. However, I cannot say the same for their supervisor - Amber. Pitiful."

"I give the store, restaurant, and staff 5-stars. Big shout out to Tabatha at Denny’s as she is one of the sweetest and most accommodating waitresses currently working at a truck stop! The shower guys were great, though there does seem to be an issue with slow drains in the showers. Now…if I could give stars for the truck drivers that frequent this stop, you would get “zero” stars!!! You people are pigs that seem to enjoy wallowing in your own filth, and have no respect or regard for others! You leave your trash lying on the ground, and let your dogs (I hope that was dog) defecate between trucks and don’t bother to clean up after them. You can’t be bothered to park in designated spots, even when there are plenty of them open. You seem to want to park on the west side of the lot in front of the row of trucks…thus blocking those drivers in if they try to leave before you. You people should be ashamed of yourselves acting like this…have some self-respect and dignity. You know how to do the right thing, but obviously choose not to. The photos are the proof. And Shame on Schneider for taking the Handicapped parking spot from someone that might actually need it!!!"

"Clean & stocked with friendly personnel! Have a lot of snacks/ goodies & souvenirs. The ‘hot-on-the-go foods’ were real low. I personally like J’s bc of their soup counter & my husband likes their hot foods so it was kinda a bust for us, disappointing, & no soups were actually out. They had it set up for corn chowder it looked like but it was empty & was the only soup offered. We’ve never stopped over at a J’s & not had hot foods or soup at 6pm. So we ate at Denny’s which is attached inside & was very good! Great service & food! Showers were nice,clean & hot! Bathrooms were pretty clean. The laundry room however? It was dirtier than the piks show. I mean, come on guys- It’s a ‘laundry room’! You shouldn’t have to dodge areas to keep your newly washed clothes from getting dirty. & the machines? I swear it’s like the machines washed everything halfway smh & this time I put in half loads to make sure things got clean & still didn’t make a difference. Please get someone in there to work on your machines or bring in newer ones that aren’t 20 years old. & come on guys- grab a broom & mop,maybe wipe down the washers. There’s plenty of parking spots, trucks were still rolling in around 7-8pm & was still a few spots left along with reserved parking spots."
