"Pool clean. Restrooms, (changing area), quite dirty. No shade or shade umbrellas. No one ever answers phone, so drove out of way to get info. Music a bit loud, and geared to teens."
"Kept clean. Have been going for 20 yrs or more. Wish more communities had this."
"If your driving from out of town here are some things I’d wish I’d known. They do not take cards, only cash for payment and concession. If your from out of town you pay $1 extra a person to enter. I could barely hear the lady at the entrance, I thought she said “ Are you from Ohio?” I said “No” the admission price went up! I realized we were in Ohio County Indiana. They didn’t I.D to check. We had driven down the road and paid an atm fee to get cash to enter the pool. I got a little extra out for snacks but I was charged extra for being out of town, that was all my cash so we had to leave the pool again to buy snacks at the gas station! It got a little dark in the distance and there was some thunder so they closed the pool an hour early immediately! As I was gathering up our things the lifeguards were already pushing the head rest of the chair I was sitting in down and hurrying everyone along. I was trying to change into my clothes in the restroom and they were pushing the broom up under my stall and hurrying everyone out of there also. It was a wasted trip and wasted money for my family. It NEVER did rain or storm. The splash park area was out of order. The pool and restroom/ shower areas were ok. There were lockers also and lots of chairs and places to sit near the pool."
"Staff was amazing and the pool was great! Only thing I can think of was the sprinklers weren't working correctly and my kids wanted to play in them but other than that I have no complaints."
"We always love hanging out at the Rising Sun pool! The swim lessons are great, and have taught our 7 year old a ton, and are doing well with our 4 year old. The guards are all nice and tasty the kids very well. The concession stand is well stocked and very inexpensive. There is a toddler pool, a good sized kid area (3 feet deep) and a large mid-depth section (4-5 feet). They have a slide and a couple of diving boards. There is a splash park, but we never use it so I can't comment on it. Plenty of area to lay out and lots of chairs and loungers."
