"As others have already noted, former Kline's customer for a few years after my family was a customer for 15 years then Kline's was bought by Mountain Glacier. Terrible Customer Service, deliveries on random days for random number of bottles. At one point we were sitting on 20 bottles because we never knew when they were coming so empties never went out for pickup. Had to call 3 times to cancel my account and they are still showing up. Pricing is in line or cheaper than competitors but I would rather go fill up my own water then take on the part time job of dealing with Mountain Glacier"
"That is a ZERO STARS, I am forced to put one. I was a very happy customer for 22 years with Kline's. Since July 2023 when Mountain Glacier acquired them I've had more issues than I did the ENTIRE 22 YEARS at KLINE's. I've been told so many different things about the plan I need to be on, delivery dates, amounts delivered....something has been wrong EVERY ...SINGLE.....TIME. I returned a text sent regarding today's delivery asking for 6, yet I got 7. I have called and spent SO much time on the phone (that I don't have--I work full time) and each time I think that is the last issue, yet I'm wrong every time. Even though things have been incorrect so many times I get empty apologies--no adjustment on my bill, no incentive to stay until they can get it right. I cannot tell you how much I miss Kline's. Their business model was simple, effective and I had no complaints, they were awesome. Apparently Mountain Glacier needs to hear this business model, I see I am not alone at all in my frustration as a former Kline's customer. This is water delivery it's NOT complicated, stop making it as such!!! Mountain Glacier if you don't get it together I will also be a former customer of YOURS!!!!"
"I was a previous Kline's customer. They were good, customer service was great. Mountain glacier is horrible!! No texts, raised prices, delivery not where I asked it to be left, left more than I asked for. I checked my bank acct and they took almost 3 times the amount out because I didn't leave empties {I didn't receive a text informing.e of delivery, but the lady argued saying I did. I don't appreciate being called called a liar} and they raised their prices without notice!! Talked with the same lady back in December, I said I was thinking of cancelling because of issues. She did not say anything about the price increase. They didn't credit me for the empties I left them. Totally unacceptable business practices!! I would never recommend this company, just as many of the other reviews have said. Horrible company!!"
"We have been a customer for approximately seven years, so prior to the transition to Mountain Glacier. We still receive great service. Our empty bottles are always picked up each month, new bottles left right where they’ve always been left without any issues. The times we’ve spoken to our drivers, they’ve always been friendly. If you’re looking for a water delivery company, you should consider them!"
"I purchased from a wonderful company for 6 years, and then Mountain Glacier bought them out. I stuck with Mountain Glacier for 2 years after that, and here is my experience. First off, they don't even carry the brand of water we like. They have their own brand, and it tastes weird. They switched us to this water without even asking. 25% of orders received were wrong ... missing items or extra items we did not purchase and were charged for. Never received an online account, so had to call every time something went wrong. Account updates often fail or get removed. Delivery driver hardly ever talked to me and couldn't remember my name. Old driver from the previous company was very personable and helpful. Deliveries are often late. Overpriced compared to competitors. And they replaced our unit with one that is super noisy. We asked for a replacement .... and they just gave us another noisey one. Anyways, after 2 years of putting up with this, I'm done. We easily found another company with much lower prices, the brand of water we like, and were given a silent unit."
