"I will always recommend Yes Pest to anyone who needs pest control services. We heard noises in our attic and called another company before calling Yes Pest. Both companies did the same exact inspection. The first company (not Yes Pest) charged me $130 for an inspection and told me that I had a mouse infestation in my attic and that we needed to spend over $2,000 on a roof installation to keep field mice out of the roof. This did not even include the $70 monthly cost for the bate boxes. Yes Pest came the next day and performed their FREE inspection. They said that the roof openings could be fixed with a little bit of caulk and that they only found a couple of mice runs in the attic.
