When it was decided I needed a new furnace, Waymon came quickly the next morning to give me two estimates. "We had a great experience with Ecofriendly installing a heat pump at our house. Waymond quoted a range of systems of different efficiencies so we could make an informed decision, and even spent extra time looking at the wiring in our walls to determine if we could keep our existing thermostat. At install, Jason and Austin were very detail-focused and provided more than I expected in terms of attention - Jason custom-fabricated a duct piece on site to give us maximum airflow and did extra work routing the condensation drain so we won’t trip over it. Waymond also came for part of the install and found a clever way to hide a wire, as well as spending an extra hour or so making sure our smart thermostat was working with the new system.
