"Scheduling is very odd - they would only come do my repair when “they don’t have other work”, which is why I was texted at the crack of dawn while away at conference and told it was happening it that day. The alternative was to wait until January and just see when they weren’t busy. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to want to be at your house while contractors are working on it. Since I wasn’t able to be there while it was done, trash was left. I’m apprehensive about the quality of the job based on what my house looked like when I got back the next day."
