"Tried to request a cancellation. Did so first from a website form. A few days later, an email that I received told me to contact a phone number and request a cancellation at that phone number. When I called that phone number, they told me that an "account manager" would call me in 10-15 business days and that they had no ability to cancel my account. They then said that 30-45 days is a possibility as well. Great process you have here. And here we are, at least 2 weeks out, and no call. Just called back requesting an update, and they actually hung up on me "accidentally". It's obvious that you were hoping I would forget that someone was supposed to call me and then not cancel my account. Please don't support businesses like this. They really don't care about service or you and they need to go away."
