"We went a few weeks ago and listened to a few groups sing. One was a religious group and the other, I believe they were call The Frogs. Five Really Old Guys Singing. They were great. Funny Barber Shop Quartet. Hope they come back before the cold weather begins. Had a great time"
"Our annual family reunion has been held here for years. The shelter can be rented, which includes access to an inside restroom. Nice playground for children. Swings for adults. Water fountains, flower beds, clock tower make good photo backgrounds. Street parking surrounds the park and is wheelchair accessible. For some more elder members, and for people carrying food and power cords to plug in the crock pots, the walk street to shelter is a bit long. One of our family brings a golf cart to help. Good memories of a cozy place with family and friends all too seldom seen."
