"I received a name puzzle for my daughter as a baby shower gift. I have 2 others for my son from different companies. I could tell right away the quality was better from the difference in thickness of the letters from South Bend Woodworks. I also noticed both sides of the letters were colored vs just the front side. Our dog chewed up one of the letters and I emailed to see if I could pay for a replacement. They sent me it free of charge. Very happy with the quality and level of customer service from this company. I will be ordering from them in the future."

I paid for my order and was contacted by the company. They informed me of the erra. I needed to send more money or cancel my order. That was fine didn't want to spend double what I paid. I cancelled the order. The company only gave me $2.00 out of the $49.20 that I spent. Not good business at all."
